ON YOUR MARKS! Session 1
At Your Place Health & Fitness, we know that true progress starts with understanding you, your goals, habits, routines, and challenges. That’s why we begin with a comprehensive online health and lifestyle questionnaire, followed by personalised feedback from your very own health coach.

This first step helps us build a clear picture of where you are right now across the six pillars of health and fitness, movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, social connection, and mindset, so we can create a plan that truly fits your life.
​
And the best part?
Your initial assessment and feedback session are completely free - no commitment, just insight.

GET SET! Session 2
Your second session is a friendly phone call, a relaxed meet and greet where we’ll talk through your questionnaire results and start shaping your personalised plan.
​
We’ll take time to explore what’s truly important to you, your values, routines, and meaningful activities, so your plan reflects who you are, not just what you want to achieve.
​
Together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals and outline your monthly fitness and wellness plan, creating a foundation that feels purposeful, balanced, and sustainable.
​
Oh, and guess what? This session is free too! All we ask is your commitment to Go! your ongoing monthly coaching, where the real progress happens.

GO! Session 3+
Now it’s time to put your plan into action.

Each month, you’ll have a 45-minute online, video coaching session designed to help you stay on track and continue building healthy, lasting habits.
Together, we’ll review your progress, set a new monthly fitness programme, and focus on one of the six pillars of health and fitness, movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, social connection, or mindset, depending on what you need most at that time.

These sessions are your space to reflect, reset, and refocus, keeping your goals aligned with your values and your lifestyle balanced.
